ABOUT AAIM25 |
Join us in Washington, D.C., this spring for the second Annual AISLE Institute Meeting at the Royal Sonesta on Capitol Hill, May 14-16. This member- and invitation-only meeting is built for intimate working sessions, member networking, and face-to-face conversations with lawmakers, policymakers, and regulators to discuss the Institute's agenda, advocacy, and regulatory policy goals. These high-level, research-driven discussions are supported by the Institute's year-long content development programs and are impactful conversations with Beltway decision-makers.
Attendees should note that AAIM25 sessions are pen-to-paper working sessions. Working session materials and all relevant drafts will be distributed to attendees at least one week prior to the live event. Attendees must commit to pre-reading all distributed materials in order to be prepared for working sessions where decisions, approvals, and sign-offs must be completed in order to move white papers and other materials to final distribution status.

AISLE Antitrust Policy Reminder
The American Institute of Servicing and Legal Executives, LLC (“AISLE” or “Institute”) is an organization dedicated to providing a high-level forum for executives in the creditors’ rights industry focused on advanced education, networking, policy-making and regulatory and process gap identification. Through its publications, conferences and other activities, AISLE brings together representatives of competitors in the creditors’ rights industry and associated industries. Although the subject matter of AISLE activities is normally technical in nature, and although the purpose of these activities is principally educational and there is no intent to restrain competition in any manner, nevertheless the Board of Advisors recognizes the possibility that AISLE and its activities could be seen by some as an opportunity for anticompetitive conduct. For this reason, the Board has taken the opportunity, through its Antitrust Compliance Policy, to make clear its unequivocal support for the policy of competition served by the antitrust laws and its uncompromising intent to comply strictly in all respects with those laws. It shall be the responsibility of every member of AISLE to be guided by the AISLE policy of strict compliance with the antitrust laws in all activities. It shall be the special responsibility of committee chairs and Institute Board Advisors and other leaders to ensure that this policy is known and adhered to in the course of activities pursued under their leadership. On our website, AISLEinstitute.org, you will find a copy of our Antitrust Compliance Policy. Please continue to ensure that you are familiar with this document and follow it throughout this meeting and any other interactions you have with other members.
