WHO WE ARE |
About Aisle Institute
The mission of the American Institute of Servicing and Legal Executives (Aisle Institute) is to provide a high-level forum for executives in the creditors’ rights industry focused on advanced education, networking, policy-making, and regulatory and process gap identification. The results of the Institute’s efforts offer process, legal, and technology solutions to industry and governmental stakeholders.
The Institute is focused on high-level, academically robust, policy-driven analysis, white papers, events, and discussions between executives in the servicing, legal, investing, property preservation and asset protection, and related technology fields and their government counterparts. Each year the Institute identifies policy and process gaps and aims to address them through collaborative efforts that create measured, sound, and functional action plans for stakeholders to implement.
Gender Equity is a foundational matter to us.We’re committed to gender equity with 50% of all leadership positions being held by women. That means we’ll never need to have a women’s group that operates independently or secondary to AISLE’s actual, day-to-day leadership. We aim to expand this goal to fully meet our DEI goals. |
The sophistication of our content is paramount. Our content is forward-looking, cross-functional, and applicable from regulatory, business-process, and tech-enabled viewpoints. The caliber of leaders committed to AISLE demands sophisticated, actionable content from panels and webinars to white papers and policy positions. You can expect that and much more. |
Our democratized dues structure benefits all.AISLE offers a single, flattened membership structure that appeals to all interested stakeholders without scaling or reducing dues based on business type. Every member is offered the same rate with respect to the varied voices, experiences, and contributions each member company can make to the Institute. |
Aisle Institute was founded in 2023 with its first slate of Members, Advisory Board Members, Section Leaders, and Executive Staff. While the Institute is young, it's leaders bring together one of the most comprehensive and far-reaching backgrounds of any group of professionals in the larger creditors' space ever seen. Touching the highest levels of government, servicing, legal, technology, real estate, and other areas critical to the compliant resolution of defaulted mortgage products and the protection of borrowers in that process, Aisle Institute is the single best resource for policy-making, regulatory compliance, and servicing process improvement available to the industry today.
